The Bath County Memorial Library has taken the time to digitize local artist works from the past and preset. Over the years many of Owingsville's citizens have donated their works of art to the library to be stored in our Genealogy room. We are proud of our collection and happy to say we can now display all of our collection simultaneously via digital media. We have works ranging from traditional oil paints, sculptures, pencil works, water colors, photography, and more.
